One of my greatest joys is collaborating with scientists, educators, and creatives to help bring their vision and stories to life.

I have over 25 years' experience as a visual designer and motion graphics artist in a nonprofit academic setting, and have enjoyed collaborating and serving communities in the US and abroad. I approach each design challenge with a fresh eye toward audience needs, clarity, organization, process improvement, and scalability.

I'm a tenacious learner and have always advocated for curating my education. Most recently I've completed rigorous courses in animation-friendly illustration and animation principles, which have leveled up my skills considerably and made me a valuable team player in all aspects of the animation pipeline.

Aside from digital art, I enjoy playing in my art studio working in encaustic sculpture, stained glass, and other tactile mediums. I also love traveling, antiquing, sea kayaking, mountaineering, skiing, and exploring the outdoors with my husband, son and German Shepherd super-pup “Odin".
